Since it's opening last Fall, I've spent many beautiful evenings drinking the drinks and eating the eats at Spencer - Ann Arbor's best restaurant (no, I'm not biased - there's really no contest!).
Last month I had the pleasure of photographing the most beautiful evening yet. Armed with heaps of local flowering herbs, Susan McLeary (of Passionflower) was on hand to guide everyone through the basics of creating their first flower crowns. In true celebration of the summer season, as soon as the guests were crowned - Spencer's staff filed out of the kitchen with heaping plates to pass. Feast. Your. Eyes.
